A range of face to face cycling programs on the Northern Beaches of Sydney to cater for cyclists of all levels and abilities from novices, those lacking in confidence, those needing companionship to those looking for results in a bike race or triathlon. And if you don’t live near the Northern Beaches or simply want a cycling programme for the year or an event we also do remote programmes with a plan set in Training Peaks and unlimited access to your bike coach.

Bike Confidence and Skills: Levels 1 and 2

Two hour outdoor session for individual or small group (4 max) focusing on confidence and skills appropriate to your level on the popular cycle routes of the Northern Beaches

Ironmums does She Rides

Ironmums partners with She Rides, a Cycling Australia initiative aimed at encouraging more women to enjoy cycling. We offer a basic introductory course aimed at beginners and a more advanced course aimed at ladies wishing to improve their fitness through cycling longer distances. Courses start in late April 2018 and more details are available at the She Rides website.

Indoor Bike Training

One hour indoor bike session one-on-one or in a group. Bring your own bike and we provide the wind trainer and the motivation.

Remote Training Plan

A weekly personalised plan suitable to your level, goals and commitments. Your plan is available in Training Peaks and you have unlimited access to your coach by email, phone, FB and text
