A range of face to face cycling programs on the Northern Beaches of Sydney to cater for cyclists of all levels and abilities from novices, those lacking in confidence, those needing companionship to those looking to perform as a cyclist in either a bike race, bike event or triathlon.

Indoor Bike Training

One hour indoor bike session one-on-one or in a group. Bring your own bike and we provide the wind trainer and the motivation.

90 minute outdoor individual or small group (4 max) in low traffic or traffic free environment focusing on skill and confidence development

Two hour outdoor session for individual or small group (4 max) focusing on increasing strength & endurance on the popular cycle routes of the Northern Beaches

Make Friends, Get Fit & Conquer a Cycling Classic

A female group exploring the wonderful bike riding scenery of the Northern Beaches in over 40 hours of coached group rides and indoor training. Our goal is to participate in the Bowral Classic in October 2017 as a team. Starts June 18th. Sign up before May 14th and get a free bike jersey.

Hot off the press! I have been selected to be a She Rides leader for Spring 2017. She Rides is a programme authorised and run by Cycling Australia. Our aim is to increase bike skills and confidence over 8 weeks in a supportive, women’s only environment. Registrations will be handled by Cycling Australia and do not open until July. But email me too letting me know of your interest and I can keep remind you closer to the time.

Cycle Companionship

If you just want companionship on your training rides or someone to introduce you to the local routes then contact Liz to arrange a 2-3 hour ride. Times, routes, prices and objectives are negotiable depending upon requirements.
