I have worked with hundreds of people helping them transform their health and I have also worked with many over-40s helping them focus and achieve their first triathlon, a 10km running race or a 50km walk.
I can work with any goal, small or large and I draw on 35 years of competing in track events, running races, sponsored walks, charity bike rides, triathlons and ocean swims for inspiration and experience.
