Got a gnawing hole in your tummy? Fill it with delicious home made muesli!

Easy to make home-made muesli. Just throw some or all of the following into your blender, food processor or thermomix and pulse on and off for 1 second at a time until you are happy with the consistency.

120g coconut flakes

120g almonds

60g pitted prunes

30g dried apricots

30g pitted dates

3 apples (green or red)

Yummy on its own and perfect when topped with natural yoghurt and a spoonful of LSA (linseed, sunflower seed and almond mix – which you can also home make or buy in the shops already made)
