Remote cycle coaching plan



Sometimes you don’t need a face to face coaching session – but you do need access to someone that will set you a plan maximising your results whilst balancing your time and then holding you accountable to it. Our remote cycling coaching plans are set by Liz, an accredited cycle coach with 20 years cycling experience across time trials, road races, 4 day adventures, week long bike packing tours and triathlon.

Features include

  • Personalised periodised training plan set weekly
  • Personalised training zones set by heart rate or power
  • Unlimited contact with coach by text, FB, email and phone
  • Plan includes both indoor and outdoor sessions with indoor sessions customised for your type of trainer
  • Last minute plan revisions as required (illness, rain)
  • Basic Training Peaks account
  • Initial 2 hour strategy session
  • Nutritional advice and support for both training and racing. If the plan needs to incorporate weight loss then advice is also available to support this additional goal
  • Access to Facebook support group
  • All the up-to-the-minute news from the cycling community and the latest cycling blogs as well as the latest in cycling theory
