  • 12 week coaching and remote training plan
  • Initial 2 hour F2F or phone strategy session
  • 20 minute weekly calls
  • Weekly training plan set in Training Peaks
  • Last minute revisions available as necessary (e.g. rain stops play/illness)
  • Ongoing support throughout week via TP, phone, FB, email, text
  • Additional support for race day and training nutrition, event planning, packing lists, transition planning
  • If in local area all on-site sessions are free with plan – indoor bike studio in Dee Why, outdoor bike rides around the Northern Beaches, long runs around Dee Why

Monthly payment option is also available – $140 per month

Weekly payment option is also available – $35 per week
